Podcasting, as it turns out, is easy.
I know, because about two months ago I decided to launch The Indie Book Podcast, a show dedicated exclusively to self-published books. And aside from a few sound issues (solved by new mics, moving pads, and one ugly IKEA carpet), putting it together has been a snap. We’ve had no trouble finding tons of great content to review, and we’re having worlds of fun.
Every week, The Indie Book Podcast reviews a new self-published novel, and we’ll be syndicating those episodes here on Self-Publishing Review. Our most recent episode discusses The Old Man and the Wasteland, a literary novella by Nick Cole that pays homage to Ernest Hemingway. We also interview bestselling author Courtney Milan about her romance novella, Unlocked, her decision to leave traditional publishing, and why the 2010′s are like the 1850′s.
