Chick Lit
Public Group active 2 months, 2 weeks agoChick Lit is a subgenre of Women’s Fiction where books are mainly written by women for women. The main characters can range in age from their 20’s to their 60’s. Many are written from the first-person narrative viewpoint in a light and humorous tone. The plots usually consist of women experiencing life issues in matters of: love, marriage, relationships, personal struggles, careers and the work force, addictions, and so much more. In the Chick Lit genre, romance is an important element, though not exclusive of friendships and family.

This is also something I’ve noticed, I’ve also reviewed many self published artist and I agree that their book covers are a tad fad.
And I wish they would change that, because I do believe that what is outside does entice us to buy or not to buy. Well it does for me. anyway.
By the way could someone, message me and let me know how things work here, I’m very new and still don’t know how things work.
