An ARC is an Advanced Reader’s Copy of your book. It should be a finished, edited, and ready book file that is the exact same as the file you have published and have on sale. This is not a beta reader’s copy or an editing copy, so please do not send a copy of an incomplete book.  You can send the book file in the following formats:

  • PDF
  • Word
  • ePUB

We do not buy paperback copies for this service.

Once you make the purchase, we will send you a link to upload your book file to our secure server.

These Customer Reviews will be from US and UK Amazon customers who are on our readers mailing list. They will get a link to download a copy of your ARC in our mailer.

Amazon’s community guidelines state, “It’s OK to review a free or discounted book (advanced reader copy) that you received from an author or publisher.” Therefore, reviewers do not get the ARC in exchange for a review. They will get the option to download a free copy of your ARC in our mailer, and will review it under their own volition, because it would be against Amazon guidelines to give the ARC to a reviewer in exchange for a review.

There is no need for the reviewer to declare they got a free ARC. In fact, it is better if they don’t.

The buyer-reviewers on our list are highly motivated hobbyists, and in most cases will review your ARC on Amazon, and will, in some cases, also go on to buy your book from Amazon. However, we cannot offer an ARC in exchange for a review, so while there is a high percentage who will review, not all readers will. So we make sure we send the mailer to enough of our mailing list to get you the 25-30 reviews.

Because this is not a purchase, Amazon reviews from this promotion will NOT be labeled with a Verified Purchase label, unless the reader goes on to buy your book before leaving the review. If you want Verified Reviews, you can promote your Kindle eBook instead.

We will run the promo within one week of your order, or around your requested date. You will start seeing reviews within a few days or weeks, as readers finish your ARC.

We will completely delete your ARC from our secure server after the promotion downloads have completed. See our Privacy Policy for more.
