When you go to the checkout to pay, you will fill out the form and pay for your order using our secure 3D PayPal system. You can pay by PayPal, PayPal Credit, or a normal credit card or debit card.

We send you an email to confirm your submitted book details and your auto-generated estimated date for your promotion, which we will confirm when your order reaches the top of the waiting line. You will also receive a PayPal receipt with a reference number.

Your promotion date will be scheduled within 2-5 weeks of your order, when you reach the top of the wait list.
NOTE: We will not confirm when this will be, but you will receive an email shortly beforehand if you need to lower your price or change category.

PRICE/CATEGORY CHANGEPRICE/CATEGORY CHANGE
IMPORTANT: CHECK YOUR PUBLISHER WILL DO THIS!
Near the time of your promotion, we will check that you have changed your price to $2.99 or under, or you will need to pay a supplement for a higher-priced book up to $4.99. We cannot promote books at a higher price.
1-5 days before your promotion, we may require you to change your categories to the ones we recommend to reach the highest in your category. You must change to these categories immediately to keep your place in line. If you decide not to change categories, we can run the promotion without the higher ranking for sales and reviews.
We will change this date if you do not change categories or price in time for your promotion.

In the week of your promotion, we promote your book to our mailing list of reader/reviewers. Some will buy the book and read it.

SALES AND RANKINGSALES AND RANKING
Over the next week or so from the promotion date, your sales should register on your KDP Admin dashboard. If you do not have access to this dashboard, ask your publisher how to see these results, and when you will be able to access these. Some publishers take up to 18 months to provide this. We do not provide sales proof during your promotion but we do track ranking to show sales are coming in.
Your best ranking moment in your category will be captured in a screenshot. We will send this to you at the end of your promotion time along with Best Seller Badges to use on your book and promotional materials.

WAIT FOR REVIEWSWAIT FOR REVIEWS
Once your promotion is completed, please wait 4-7 weeks for all reviews to come in so that readers can enjoy your book in full. Niche books or books with more expected reviews will take longest.

Approximate waiting times are as follows:
- Editorial – 1 working week
- Jump Start – 15 working days
- Classic – 30 working days
- Lead Story – 30 working days
If your book has a big word count or has a technical subject, it may take a little longer.

Once your review is about to be published, any extras like an author interview or posting to social media will be carried out. We will send you the links for these, plus your review link.
