About SPR Books – eBook Only Package

  1. Once you pay your invoice, you will be sent a link to upload your manuscript in Word format to our Dropbox folder.
  2. We will line edit your manuscript for character, plot, and structure, which will take approximately one working month.
  3. When you get your manuscript back, you may take as long as you require to work on it.
  4. You will then return the manuscript to us, and we will proofread it, and send it back to you for a final check.
  5. We will then format your eBook with an ISBN number, which will issue from SPR Books as a registered publisher.
  6. You will complete an online survey on your book cover ideas, and will send the book cover for your approval.
  7. We send you both files, which we will help you upload to your account at KDP Amazon. We will not have any access to your account.
  8. You will receive a category and keyword analysis as soon as your book is for sale on Amazon, with instructions on how to change your categories.
  9. You will receive an SPR Lead Story Editorial Review, with an edited version for your Amazon Book Page in “Editorial Reviews.”
  10. We will run a promotion to get you 8-10 Verified Reviews (i.e. readers that buy and review your book on Amazon).

Terms and More Info

  • There is no fixed timescale offered, but as a rough guide books should be completed within 3-5 months, depending on the content of your book, and your willingness to work on your editing in a timely fashion. An update on times can be given at each stage.
  • You should never plan a book campaign until your book has been fully prepared, and we cannot work to deadlines given to us from outside the project.
  • We do not use artwork by other sources. This is because it is the best way to make your book look amateurish, and makes it hard to get your book sales.
  • Your book must be priced at $2.99 for the duration of our Amazon promotion service to make the most of our reader lists.
  • Once you are published with SPR Books, you will receive large discounts on our promotions packages for boosting your book.

Book Policy

We love to publish text-only fiction and non-fiction of any genre.

We do not accept the following books for this service:

  • Books about religious theory
  • Books with many illustrations or photos
  • Self-help or medical books by unqualified authors
  • Children’s books
  • Books not in English, except bilingual books in Spanish.
